The Higher Education Center for Alcohol and Other Drug Prevention
Funded by the U.S. Department of Education, the Higher Education Center provides support to all institutions of higher education in their efforts to address alcohol and other drug problems.

College Alcohol Study
Examines key issues in college alcohol abuse, including the tradition of heavy drinking on college campuses, the role of fraternities and sororities and athletics, the relationship of state alcohol control measures and college policies to this behavior, and the role that easy access to alcohol and low prices play. Includes information for students and parents, and teaching resources for the classroom, grades K - 12.

Life or Meth: What's the Cost?
Created with youth in grades 5 and 6 in mind, but the information is good for all ages. This interactive program provides information about methamphetamine, decision- making and assertiveness. The delivery system is completely computer-based, making it more appealing to youth who have grown up with technology.

Play Healthy
This program introduces parents and coaches to the risks and dangers of steroid and performance enhancing substance (PES) use. The Play Healthy presentation empowers parents with tips and tools to help their children avoid PES abuse. The Play Healthy presentation can be co-delivered by coaches, athletic directors, involved parents, and law enforcement, prevention, and treatment professionals.
