The Iowa Substance Abuse Information Center (ISAIC), in partnership with the Governor’s Office of Drug Control Policy (ODCP), issues this Request For Proposal (RFP) to seek qualified competitive proposals for the creative development, production and distribution of an integrated and multi-faceted drug education initiative tentatively titled the “Iowa Medicine Abuse Project” (IMAP).

The Iowa Substance Abuse Information Center (ISAIC) is your link to the most recent behavioral health information and resources.  Whether you're a parent or teen looking for information, or a person who is ready to get substance abuse or problem gambling treatment for themselves or someone they care about, ISAIC can help. 

Our toll-free Helpline is answered 24/7 by professional staff available to answer your questions and help you access treatment from anywhere in Iowa.

ISAIC is housed with the Cedar Rapids Public Library, where it has been for 40 years. Our office at Westdale Mall is open to the public Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.
